The Evening Standard has lost two staff this week; Jill Guthrie, the client sales manager and Vicki Beazley, ad manager at ES Magazine have both departed. Richard Wilson, head of advertising at Emap Nationals will fill Guthrie’s shows.
Meanwhile, Sunday Business‘s editor Anil Bhoyrul has left the paper; it is hoped that a new editor will be announced next week.
On a more positive note, Denise Gardiner has been appointed UK head of research at Leo Burnett while Kate Lynch, European Research Director, will be leaving at the end of next week to join the company’s Chicago operation. A replacement has not yet been found.
