Rational Moves At Southern

Southern Newspapers has taken the next step in its rationalisation programme by merging its Western and South Western marketing regions. The two areas are now under the control of a single managing director. Martin Gower, managing director of South west publications – a division of Northcliffe Newspapers – is to become managing director of the merged regional department in the Spring. This is the latest in a series of regional mergers *Southern Newspapers Merges Regions.
