Leicester City Media Talks Continue

Leicester City, the Premiership club fighting to keep manager Martin O’Neill from the clutches of Leeds United, said it was continuing talks with media companies over future collaboration.

‘The Foxes’, currently in 16th place in the League, said it was clear Premier League clubs were in a strong position to benefit from digital television.

Chairman Sir Rodney Walker said: “We are continuing to hold preliminary discussions with media companies about collaborative media ventures and are investigating our options in the period up to the expiry of the current BSkyB contract in 2001.”
