Flextech announced this week that Adam Singer has been appointed chairman and chief executive of the group following the death of the company’s chief executive, Roger Luard, earlier this year (see Newsline).
Other developments include the appointment of Stephen Cook to general counsel and executive director and the extension of Brent Harman’s contract as managing director until the year 2001. Also, David Evans – president and chief executive officer of TINTA, Flextech’s major shareholder and TCI subsidiary – has resigned from the Flextech board and is to be replaced by Robert Bennett, president and chief executive officer of Liberty Media, with immediate effect.
