TMD Carat Changes Name

TMD Carat will be dropping the ‘TMD’ from its name next month. The change is aimed at rebranding the business as an international ad agency and will become effective from June 1.

As part of the move TMD Carat Manchester becomes Carat Manchester, TMD Direct becomes Carat Direct and Carat UK becomes Carat Group UK. Most of the group’s divisions will also move to the same building in London’s Parker Street.

The move follows yesterday’s announcement that CIA Group will be changing its name to Tempus (see CIA Group To Rebrand As Tempus).

A new managing director for TMD Carat Manchester is also announced: Terry Cole joins from Birmingham produce wholesaler Mack to replace Martin Conry, who died last year (see TMD Hit By Death Of MD).
