John Brown To Launch Food Illustrated

John Brown Publishing is set to launch Food Illustrated, a sister magazine to its Gardens Illustrated title. The glossy monthly will hit the shops on 12 March with its April issue, priced £2.95.

The title is to be a picture-led foray into the world of food, covering a ‘wide spectrum’ of food-related topics. It is aimed at an ABC1 audience aged 30-44 and will have initial print run of 100,000, settling into a planned circulation of 60,000.
