The latest ABC results for online news platforms has shown that the Guardian.co.uk lost almost 266,000 unique daily browsers in October.
Despite comfortably keeping its title as the second most popular online newsbrand – almost 1.4 million more users higher than the Telegraph.co.uk in third place – the website was down -5.8% to secure a little over 4.6 million daily users.
The Telegraph.co.uk was down 1.6% in October, losing over 52,000 daily browsers to secure 3.2 million views each day.
Meanwhile, the Mail Online was up 1.2% and secured almost 9.5 million unique daily browsers – keeping it well ahead of any other online newsbrand in the UK.
Remaining in fourth place, the Mirror Group Digital was up a healthy 6%, bagging 90,000 daily browsers.
