Lifestyle Motor Mag Launch For Future
Future Publishing will be launching a new lifestyle motoring magazine called Redline on 23 April.
The title, which will be about “fast cars, fast bikes and fast living”, will be one of Future’s biggest-ever launches supported by a substantial marketing spend – this will include above the line TV advertising, a £1 introductory cover price and a high-profile presence at all the major outdoor motorsport events in the UK this Summer.
Future says Redline is aimed squarely at males aged 18-28 years who are single, fashion-conscious car or bike owners. It promises “no turgid reviews or mpg statistics” and will also cover sport, music, food, travel and fashion.
The first issue will have a print-run of 140,000. The launch takes place just three months after the appearance of Petrolhead – a men’s lifestyle/motoring magazine from Mediahead (subscribers see New Men’s Title To Launch).
