Management Re-Shuffle At Associated Newspapers

A management re-shuffle at Associated Newspapers is to take effect from 1 January 1999.

Kevin Beatty will move from being managing director of The Mail On Sunday to MD of The Evening Standard. Mike Ironside will become MD of The Mail On Sunday and Simon Barnes will be promoted to MD of Associated Newspapers new Group publishing business from the position of ad director of The Mail On Sunday.

Lastly, Sally de la Bedoyere is to be promoted to ad director on The Mail On Sunday, replacing Simon Barnes.
