Saatchi & Saatchi has today announced that it is selling its US marketing and communications business Siegel & Gale Inc. for £20.4 million.
The company and its subsidiary, Siegel & Gale Ltd., is to be sold to a new company, founded for the purpose of this transaction, comrising third party investors and the management of Siegel & Gale.
Completion is expected towards the end of the month.
