Rosie Boycott has been installed as the new editor of the Express newspapers following the resignation of Richard Addis. She will now edit the Express and Express On Sunday titles.
Lord Hollick, chief executive of UNM, commented: “I am very pleased to have attracted someone of Rosie Boycott’s calibre and flair to edit the Express which, under her talent and innovative guidance, can look forward to the future with confidence.”
Boycott will join the board of The Express and Chris Blackhurst, currently deputy of The Independent, will move with her to become deputy editor of The Express.
