The Department of Trade and Industry in the UK has called for comments on the EU Distance Selling Directive following the publication of a consultation document. The Directive is due to become law by 4 June 2000. The DTI invites interested parties to consider how each section of the law could operate and seeks opinions on how the Directive will impact business. The consultation document can be obtained by calling the DTI on 0171 215 0348. Responses must be received by the DTI by 14 September.
