The Independent On Sunday is planning a redesign that will see the paper maintaining an identity of its own as well as sharing some similarities with its daily sibling.
The IoS currently still has the design instigated by Andrew Marr in September last year (see Changes At The Independent). Since then the Independent daily has been redesigned under the new editorship of Simon Kelner and has returned to a look similar to its launch style in 1986 (see Redesign At The Independent – Review).
Redesigns are very much in the early stages but it is expected that the new IoS will emerge in August.
