United News & Media has sold its United Southern Publications business to Southnews for £47.5 million.
Southnews is buying 28 free weekly titles made up of regional newspapers and advertising periodicals covering the South East of England. The portfolio includes the Informer , Advertiser North London and Yellow Advertiser series of newspapers.
