The ITC has today issued a consultation document to the ITV franchise holders which asks them how they propose to submit their licence renewal plans.
The Commission proposes that the submission will consist of two parts: Part A will contain details of any proposed variation to existing licence obligations in terms of programme-related matters and Part B will contain a detailed business plan.
