TDI Unveils Management Shake-Up
Outdoor advertising group TDI has today announced a number of senior management appointments. The news comes in anticipation of further growth throughout Europe following a number of acquisitions earlier this year.
Tom Goddard, currently executive director of TDI, takes on the new role of chief operating officer for TDI Europe. Reporting to TDI Europe chief executive Jeremy Male, he will help run the group’s expanded European operations and look out for new areas of opportunity. Michel Cacouault, the chairman and chief executive of Giraudy, the French group which TDI acquired earlier this year, is to join the TDI Europe board. And Andy Moug, the UK regional sales director, will move to France help boost Giraudy’s regional sales drive.
Within the group’s UK operations Clive Punter and Andrew Oldham have been promoted to joint managing directors.
Commenting on the new appointments, TDI Europe chief executive Jeremy Male, said: “I shall not be relinquishing my UK responsibilities, but we have to recognise that the business has grown significantly. It is now time to recognise the contribution that our senior managers have made to the business over the past few years, and find the best structure for the future in the light of our expansion.”
