Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired specialist B2B market research company, B2B International, as it continues to expand its marketing offering.
B2B International is to join Gyro, a full-service global agency dedicated exclusively to B2B marketing, which was acquired by the holding company in 2016. At present, Gyro’s roster of clients includes Google, Vodafone, HP and eBay.
Established in 1998, the newly acquired business will be rebranded as ‘B2B International – a Gyro company” and will remain based in the UK, with offices in London and Manchester.
“We’re really excited to be joining forces with B2B International – a company we have long admired – at a time when the business-to-business space is growing fast and becoming more sophisticated than ever,” said Gyro UK’s CEO, Kate Howe.
“The combination of our highly complementary services will create an unrivaled end-to-end marketing powerhouse for B2B brands, delivering greater value to our clients and continuing our trend to innovate in the market.”
Meanwhile, Stef Calcraft, executive chairman at Dentsu Aegis Network, UK & Ireland, said that he is “delighted” to welcome B2B International to Dentsu Aegis.
“The union of Gyro and B2B International will transform the B2B marketing landscape, creating the world’s largest marketing network offering specialist B2B insights and solutions for the world’s most iconic brands,” he said.
