USA Online Media Trading Players Set To Merge
Two US-based online trading systems for advertisers have joined forces in an attempt to create a one-stop shop for net-based transactions. Mediapassage and OneMediaPlace have announced the merger of their two companies in a move which is designed to create a market leader in the USA.

The move follows the merger of Mediapassage with broadcastspots.com to create the first end-to-end provider for both print and broadcast media.
Meanwhile, unofficial sources have revealed that Mediapassage UK is set to close on completion of the merger, due to lack of success in the crowded UK market.
