![]()
Newly appointed ITV chief executive Stuart Prebble (see Prebble Heads Up An Integrated ITV) has outlined the new management structure which is to oversee the integrated ITV businesses: ITV Channels, ITV Digital and ITV.com.
With Rob Fyfe confirmed as managing director of ITV Digital and David Liddiment in place as director of programmes, a director of operations and development has been appointed in the form of Kate Stross. Her role will include organisation and coordination of internal management across businesses and the coordination of development and strategy within ITV. Special projects including some relating to analogue switch-off and relations with other multiplex operators will also fall within her remit.
Graeme Stanley, currently director of broadcasting within ITV digital, is to extend his role to ecompass all ITV multi-channels. As well as working closely with David Liddiment’s editorial team he will take on the launch of the ITV Sport Channel later this summer.
Nicola Howson has been appointed director of corporate affairs, while Marcus Ezekiel is now director of legal and regulatory affairs. Finally Simon Johnson is appointed director of rights acquisition across all three businesses, while Malcolm Swatton, currently ONdigital’s director of human resources, will extend his remit to human resources and office management across the businesses.
