Media Audits Appoints New UK Head

Global media consultancy, Media Audits, has appointed Mike Larkin as UK managing director to coincide with its brand relaunch.
Larkin, who brings extensive experience in marketing and strategy to his new role, will oversee the company’s UK business and will work to bring it in-line with the new Media Audits brand.
The new brand, which includes a fresh identity and company logo, is designed to reflect the global nature of the group’s operations. According to Julian Spooner, CEO of Media Audits: “The changes make the company’s services more accessible to clients.”
He added: “We are the only company that is able to provide global advice based on actual data and costs – not agency forecasts. Our knowledge of global marketing, media buying and agency performance is based on data and market intelligence collected on a global level.”
The company has also expanded its UK consultancy team with the appointment of Nick Sparey, who brings a background in sponsorship and online advertising to his new role. On a global level, Wilan van den Berg joins as managing director for Media Audits European business and Martin Sambrook has been appointed to the newly created position of global account director.
