UKTV appoints director of commissioning

In brief

UKTV has promoted Hilary Rosen to director of commissioning.

She will be responsible for commissioning all of UKTV’s original content including comedy, entertainment and scripted, in addition to her pre-existing remit under her role as deputy director of commissioning for factual and factual entertainment.

Rosen will report in to Richard Watsham, who was recently made chief commercial officer and she will work closely with Steve North, chief programming officer.

She first joined UKTV in 2013 and has previous roles at Silver River Productions and Lion Television.
