ITV’s interview with Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, gained an average of 4.2 million viewers across ITV1 and the ITVX streaming platform last night.
Ahead of the release of his memoir Spare on 10 January, ITV broadcast the 90-minute long programme, Harry: The Interview, at 9pm which garnered a 24.1% share of the linear timeslot.
The combined audience peaked with 4.6 million viewers.
Over on BBC One and iPlayer last night, episode two of the third series of Happy Valley, which started at the same time as Tom Bradby’s much-publicised interview with Harry, gained 5.25 million viewers.
