Flextech Brings Hello To Loose Lips On Living TV

Flextech Television has secured Hello! magazine as the sponsor of Loose Lips, a new daily talk show on LivingTV.
The sponsorship, which comes into effect next month, will include break bumpers featuring a creative designed and produced in-house by Flextech’s Creative Services team.
Hello! is hoping the sponsorship will give it exposure to a younger audience in the face of increased competition from rivals such as OK! and Heat.
Charlotte Stockting, Hello’s publisher, comments: “There was a time when Hello! was the only magazine reporting on the lives of famous people. Due to our success, we have been imitated time and time again over the last 15 years.”
She continued: “Our association with Loose Lips is important in that it will bring Hello! to a younger audience – many of whom may not be interested in the more salacious aspects of famous peoples’ lives, but genuinely want to share what’s best and most appealing.”
Jon James, commercial director of Flextech Television, added: “The sponsorship with Hello! is a perfect association for Loose Lips, which is a celebrity packed, upbeat, fun and sassy daytime talk show.”
The programme will also offer a mix of consumer, lifestyle and celebrity features and is to be presented by Melinda Messenger and Richard Arnold.
Earlier this month, Flextech’s parent company, Telewest, launched its first TV ad campaign to promote its Blueyonder broadband internet service (see Telewest Launches First Blueyonder TV Promotion).
