Updated AGB Press Loyalty Data In New Year.

AGB will build on its recently-released newspaper loyalty data with a more detailed report in the New Year. Stephan Buck, a director of AGB, told MediaTel today that the next round of data would probably be released in March 1995, based on results of a question asked of AGB’s Mediaspan panel in January next. AGB hoped to provide more data about those changing newspaper, including socio- demographic information, and the paper previously read.

The study quoted recently was based on a sample of 8,500 surveyed between June 1993 and March 1994. Figures were first released at Centaur’s Press Price Wars conference in late September, and again in Media Week last week, and refer only to a selection of titles.
