The Secret Millionaire Finale Draws In Over 3.5 Million Viewers

Channel 4 The last in the series of Channel 4’s The Secret Millionaire banked more than 3.5 million peak viewers last night.

The programme, with millionaire Caroline Marsh, attracted an average of 3.3 million viewers and a 15% audience share between 9pm and 10pm.

BBC One’s Mutual Friends drama with Marc Warren came a close second with 3.1 million viewers and a 14.5% audience share during the peak hour.

Meanwhile, ITV’s one-off documentary, Leslie Ash: Face to Face, pulled in three million peak viewers at 9pm with an average 12.7% audience share.

The programme saw Ash learn how to carry out a lip-filler procedure and talk openly about what went wrong with her own surgery.

BBC Two’s new show, Losing it – Griff Rhys Jones on Anger, only managed to gain 1.3 million average viewers and a 6.4% audience share.

A number of celebrities talked to Rhys Jones about their anger problems but it wasn’t enough to beat Channel Five, which saw over 2.5 million viewers tune in to watch CSI:Miami.
