More Exact ABC Newspaper Circulations

From next year newspapers’ ABCs will include the exact number of copies that are sold at less than the full price. ABC intends to implement the new code in the first monthly audit of next year.

Newspaper sales will be broken down into three categories, normal sales, abnormal sales, which will be copies sold at a discount and a third category which will be for copies given away free. This third category would have covered this year’s bulk deals, such as deals with shops or to hotels, trains and airlines.
