Microsoft Advertising, ComScore, Google, News Corporation and Orange have become new members of the IAB Europe board.
ComScore’s managing director Mike Reid and News Corporation’s vice-president of government policy David Fares will join as corporate members of the trade association, according to reports.
The number of corporate members on the board will also increase to eight with the addition of representatives from Alcatel-Lucent, Ernst&Young, Koan and Sonnenschein.
IAB Europe’s current chairman Guy Phillipson, who is also chief executive of IAB UK among many other posts, will stay in the role for another year.
Layla Pavone, IAB Italy president and manager of Isobar, is also expected to rejoin the board.
The trade body for the internet marketing industry now has members from 19 countries.
