Outdoor To Launch Oscar 2
The Joint Industry Committee for Poster Audience Research is seeing presentations from research companies bidding to produce Oscar II. Applications have been received from NOP Posters- the incumbent, British Market Research Bureau, and a joint bid from RSL and Millward Brown.
The outcome should be announced next week, with the work ready by the end of the year. Oscar II will enable poster sites to be sold by audience, rather than by sites alone, John Klue of the Outdoor Advertising Association told MediaTel.
