According to trade press reports it seems likely that GGT and CIA are close to arranging a joint media venture. Discussions between the two sides have been going on for some time.
The companies already have a joint venture, CIA Media Solutions based in Manchester. This is 30% owned by GGT and 70% owned by CIA. GGT is in favour of a joint venture in order to raise its status as a media buyer.
