WPP, the advertising group which includes JWT and O&M is not now to carry out the planned stock market flotation of Millward Brown, Research International and MRB Groups. The flotation was to take place by the end of this month, but advisers have warned against the listing either in the United States or Britain, due to the state of the markets.
