Alban Supports Oscar

The Alban Group, which includes poster specialists Concord, Outdoor Connection and Outdoor Focus, has decided to trade only with contractors that subscribe to the OSCAR research system, in a move designed to promote improved and uniform standards across the Outdoor Industry. From 1 January 1995, the Alban companies will trade only with contractors that have OSCAR scores for their sites (or that have applied for them). There are approximately 100 contractors who are currently not members of the Outdoor Advertising Association and are not therefore covered by OSCAR.
