Primesight acquires Titan Outdoor’s roadside portfolio

Outdoor company Primesight has acquired Titan Outdoor’s roadside portfolio.

Titan’s roadside estate includes 7,900 48-sheet sites and 700 96-sheet sites. Titan will now focus on its Network Rail contracts and shopping centre business.

The portfolio will move to Primesight on 1 September, almost doubling its outdoor inventory to 19,515.

Although no details of the sale have been given, it is thought that the deal could see some staff moving to Primesight from Titan.

Naren Patel, Chief Executive of Primesight, says: “We are delighted to be acquiring these assets, which will significantly enhance both the scale and spectrum of outdoor products we can offer our clients.
