CLT UK Radio, which owns Atlantic 252 and Country 1035AM, has taken a 20% share in Kingston FM, the company formed to apply for the new IR licence in Kingston-Upon-Thames The licence is due to be advertised by the Radio Authority early next year. CLT currently operates 25 television and radio stations in 9 different European countries.
