Insight Into Internet User Habits

Leo Burnett have been working with New Media Factory to try to learn and understand more about the Internet and its users.

Purchasing and leisure habits were examined of in unweighted sample of 500 people. Results revealed that 30% of respondents used the Internet for research purposes and 34% had bought something over the Net.

Research also discovered that 43% of users are watching less television and 21% read less.
