Dennis Publishing buys specialist car magazine

Dennis Publishing has acquired the specialist car magazine and website for Land Rover Monthly.

The publishing company bought the magazine, which has an unaudited circulation of around 25,000 copies, from Golden Gate Production Company.

However, the previous owners – Richard Howell-Thomas and Cathie Howell-Thomas – will stay on at the title as editorial director and associate publisher.

Staff will also continue to work on the magazine, although they will relocate to offices in Wollaston.

In addition to the publication and online offering, Land Rover Monthly also hosts an annual LANDROVERmax! show, which ran with 15,000 attendees and 150 exhibitors in July this year.
