Jaguar To Sponsor New Sports Programme On Classic FM
Classic FM is to launch a new format sports reports programme today April 24th The new programme, Jaguar Eyewitness Sport with Dickie Davies, is to be sponsored by Jaguar cars.
The advertising, promotional and sponsorship deal follows after Jaguar cars first ever national radio advertising campaign which has been running on Classic FM since September 1994. The activity on Classic FM was planned and negotiated by J Walter Thompson.
Dickie Davies will present up to five bulletins a day, six days a week, with extended reports on Friday evenings in Classic Reports and at Saturday lunchtimes, during Angela Rippon’s programme.
The total package will include branded sports reports across the week as well as generic Jaguar Cars advertising throughout the year.
