National Westminster Bank is to launch the UK’s first home banking system using cable television later in the year. It will be one of the new services to be tested in the Cambridge Interactive TV Trial, which launched in September.
The service will be offered to up to 250 homes in the Cambridge area, and will last for 12 months.
