Canon Publishing, a Brighton-based firm, will be publishing a new youth newspaper on December 4. The all-colour title, called The Latest, will be sold fortnightly in Sussex and at major London train stations, with the possibility of turning weekly at a later date. It will contain 32-pages and have an initial print-run of between 10,000 and 20,000.
