Ad Effectiveness Venture To Launch

Economic consultancy London Economics and the Bozell agency group are launching a joint venture called Marketing Development Audits (MDA) which will attempt to measure the effectiveness of advertising and other types of marketing.

Econometric techniques, which will be able to leave out factors such as sales promotions, will be used to assess campaigns in terms of cost-effectiveness and reach of target audience.
