95.8 Capital FM will be moving Chris Tarrant’s Breakfast Show to a new start time of 6.30am with effect from January 6 as part of its New Year programme schedules.
The Breakfast Show will continue to broadcast until 10am when Steve Penk will move into a new mid morning slot between 10am and 1pm from his Sunday morning show. Other changes include Martin Collins, who has been presenting Capital’s late show, move to lunchtime between 1pm and 4pm.
Capital’s latest weekly reach figure, for Quarter 3, showed a year on year drop 0f 4.1% from 3.717 million to 3.566 million. Subscribers can access the latest Rajar data by clicking here.
