Dennis Magazine Details Emerge

Dennis Publishing will launch two new men’s magazines called Stuff and Escape by the end of the year.
As reported on Dennis Publishing Attracted By Men’s Market, Dennis has been planning the launches for some time and it has now been confirmed that Escape will launch on 10th October as the “electronic magazine for men”. The bi-monthly title, which will cost £2.50 and have an initial print-run of 50,000, will focus on computers, the Internet and multimedia whilst aiming at the Loaded market of upmarket 18-34 year-old males. The A4, perfect-bound glossy will be edited by Mark Higham and its ad manager will be Alan Gonsalves.
The other title, Stuff, will be aimed at a similar readership, though it will have a more straightforward lifestyle editorial whilst focusing on male interest products and buying. It launches on November 14th and, like Escape, will be a bi-monthly glossy costing £2.50. The magazine’s initial print-run will be 100,000. Eric Fuller, Stuff’s publisher, told MediaTel that he hoped the title would eventually go monthly. The ad manager will be Glenda Marchant.
Wallpaper Media this week launched Wallpaper, a new magazine aimed at ABC1 18-34 year olds interested in interior design.
