Facebook usage: Who will see the biggest growth in 2011?

As Facebook continues to dominate the social media world, Nick Burcher wonders if the site can continue to grow at this rate in 2011?

The fastest growing markets adopting the Facebook craze are in Asia, though there has been considerable growth in Mexico, Eastern Europe, Brazil and India. Russia is also one to watch, according to Burcher.

Unsurprisingly, the US has the highest number of users, while Indonesia has raced to take second place following an incredible 3481.7% increase in the last 24-months.

The UK ranks in third place in Burcher’s ‘Top 30 countries with highest number of Facebook users’, although has seen a much smaller 91.9% 24-month increase (by comparison).
