Border television, the ITV broadcaster for the North East of England, has announced that it has entered into talks to buy Sunderland City Radio. The company is holding discussions with Minster Sound Radio with a view to acquiring the station.
Peter Brownlow of Border TV told MediaTel: “We are in preliminary talks at the moment and we hope to have something to announce sometime this week.”
