It is rumoured that Media Ventures International (MVI) is about to sell its 46% stake in Talk Radio to CLT UK Radio which owns 49% of the national commercial radio station. MVI is said to be unhappy about the financial returns Talk is producing.
The latest Rajar data for Quarter 3 showed that Talk’s weekly reach had declined by 6.4% year on year to 2.134 million listeners.
