IPC’s New Scientist is running a four-week Spring promotion. It starts on April 18th with two weeks of advertising on London radio stations, together with a dedicated two week PR programme in the Meridian region.
In the first week of the promotion New Scientist is also running a competition with London News Radio, with the main prize being a visit to the Kennedy Space Centre in Florida. In the second week, copies of the April 27th issue will be sold through metre display runs at W H Smith branches at mainline London BR stations.
The whole promotion period will be supported by a nationwide retail poster campaign.
