DCMS select committee to see Murdoch & Brooks

The DCMS select committee has called Rupert and James Murdoch and Rebekah Brooks to give evidence to it next Tuesday.

The committee members include Therese Coffey, Conservative MP for Suffolk Coastal, Tory chair John Whittingdale and Labour MPs Philip Davies, Tom Watson and Paul Farrelly.

Author-turned-Tory MP Louise Mensch also sits on the committee and said the trio had been called “re: prior Committee evidence”.
