Cordiant has just announced that its shareholders have agreed to the demerger plans which will see the Saatchi & Saatchi and Bates businesses split into separate companies (subscribers see Cordiant Confirms Demerger Plans).
At the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today it was also confirmed that dealings in shares for the two companies will commence at 8:30am on 15 December.
