ITV announced today the appointment of David Liddiment as director of programmes, replacing Marcus Plantin. He joins the Network Centre from Granada UK Broadcasting where he has been managing director since 1996 and before that he was deputy managing director at LWT.
The new executive management group will be in place at ITV in the early Autumn. A new marketing director will be announced in the next few weeks.
