C4’s Tribes research to be released at Youth, Media & Technology event

Youth panel at Youth, Media and Technology 2011

Neil Taylor from Channel 4 will be premiering an exclusive look at the latest UK Tribes research at MediaTel Group’s Youth, Media & Technology event next week.

UK Tribes is Channel 4’s industry leading research looking at 16-24 year olds, segmenting youth by their cultural preferences – Chav, Emo or Rah?! The latest video matches the theme of the day and explores the role media and technology play in young people lives today.

The event, which debuted last year, debates how teenagers interact with and consume media – and how it influences them. The morning will feature two panels – a panel of 14-19 year olds and a panel of experts, including Channel 4’s Jen Topping, RAB’s Simon Redican and Poke’s Nicolas Roope. Click here to book your ticket.

Two of our panellists from last year’s event – Amy and Bruno – can be seen in these vodcasts, giving their views on all things television.
