A new monthly food magazine, Time To Cook, is being launched by Prism Publishing. The title is aiming at the mid market, will have an initial print run of 100,000, will be 72 pages long and retail at £1.50.
The magazine will primarily be for beginner cooks and people who do not have much time to cook. The editorial content of the magazine will be food related items and will include item’s on nutritional health.
